Body Therapy

Body treatments are a great way to help manage the health of both your skin and your overall immune system. We spend an awful lot of time and effort to make sure our faces look as young and healthy as possible – but many men and women often ignore the health of the skin on the rest of their bodies.

Massage & Body Therapy Menu

TAKE ME AWAY MASSAGE (allow 1 hr.) $65.

This traditional spa treatment is our “light-touch” version of the full
body massage. Relaxation and feelings of tranquility are restored as a
variety of gentle strokes and massage techniques stimulate circulation
and help tension to float away. 90 min. $100.

DEEP RELEASE MASSAGE (allow 1 hr.) $75.

When life is hectic and every muscle seems to feel the tension, you need
relief and restoration. The moderate to firm massage pressure of this
classic Swedish massage helps promote deep, lasting relaxation and relief
from muscle tension and soreness. 90 min. $115.

AROMATHERAPY MASSAGE (allow 1 hr.) $70.

Touch, paired with scent can transform emotional and physical well being.
Enhance the healing benefits of the Take Me Away Massage with a choice
of About Face’s own essential oil blends. We offer a blend to revitalize,
refresh and invigorate, a blend to uplift, instill optimism and restore
balance, and finally, a blend to deeply soothe, destress and relax.

THERAPEUTIC MASSAGE (allow 1 hr.) $85.

Based on your specific needs, this therapeutic deep tissue massage will
address problem areas in the body and chronic patterns of tension and
pain. Be prepared for the deepest therapeutic techniques, including trigger
point, muscle stripping and joint mobilization. Not necessarily a fullbody
treatment, this massage is aimed at releasing pain and restoring
healthy muscle function.

EXPRESS MASSAGE (allow 30 min.) $45.

When you have no time but desperately need to relax and renew, this is
the massage for you. Help relieve tension and muscle fatigue of the upper
body or specify therapy for feet and legs. Call this session one of life’s
necessities in a fast-paced world.

AWESOME THERAPY SAMPLER (allow 90 min.) $125.

What’s your favorite therapy?? If you seem to always try the same basic
therapy this might be a chance to try something new. A sampling of
aromatherapy, body polish, “light-touch” massage, hot-stone, and deep
tissue massage will all be used in combination during this therapy session
of relaxing indulgence.

ROCK-MY-WORLD MASSAGE (allow 90 min.) $115.

With long fluid strokes, smooth warm lava stones are used to apply
essential oils to the body. The warmth of the oil and the deep heat therapy
are combined with massage to bring about unbelievable relaxation and
balance. Hot-stone massage is sure to become one of your favorites to
loosen tight muscles and bring about unbelievable relaxation and balance.

MOTHER-TO-BE MASSAGE (allow 1 hr.) $70.

Massage can greatly reduce backache and other muscle discomforts of
pregnancy. Our certified prenatal therapists can assist in reducing stress
hormones and help prepare the mother’s mind and body for delivery and
the blessed event.

REFLEXOLOGY

Pressure point massage techniques are applied to reflex points on the
feet and/or hands. These reflex points are viewed as a mirror image of the
body. Relax and destress as vitality and balance are restored.

SHIRO DHARA (allow 1 hr.) $95.

This is perhaps one of the most tranquil, calming therapies you will ever
experience. A continuous stream of warm herbal oil is carefully poured
across the forehead as the head and shoulders are gently massaged. This
ancient holistic treatment produces a new sense of calmness and serenity.
Many clients choose to leave the oils for a deep-conditioning hair
treatment; however, our beautiful rain shower is provided for your
convenience.

POLISH AND GLO

Enjoy an invigorating body exfoliation with a custom blended salt or
sugar scrub to renew and nourish your skin. Following your exfoliation
treatment you may either shower or your therapist will remove the scrub
with warm, moist towels. An application of the highest quality moisturizer
will then be applied for a smoo-o-o-th finish.

SATIN BODY DETOX WRAP (allow 1 hr. 15 min.) $100.

Your skin will be satiny smooth following an exfoliating body polish
blended with essential oils and a hint of fragrance. Experience an uplifting
therapy as you are cocooned for a relaxing 20-minute escape in our
detoxifying body mud harvested off the coast of Brittany. A luxurious
body serum and ultra-hydrating lotion will follow your brief shower or
removal of the body mud by your therapist using moist, warm towels.
WOW!! Feel your softer, smoother skin.

ULTIMATE DETOX WRAP (allow 90 min.) $135.

For the ultimate in warm relaxation therapy, enjoy a deeply detoxifying
hot herbal wrap. After a gentle body brushing to exfoliate the skin and
stimulate lymphatic functions, you will be wrapped in steaming hot towels
that have steeped in an infusion of powerfully detoxifying herbs. As you
“steep” for 20 minutes wrapped in thermal blankets, enjoy a face and
scalp massage to further enhance the relaxation therapy. The “Grande
Finale” is a 60-minute Swedish massage combined with the finest
moisturizing creams for maximum detoxifying, hydrating and relaxing.

CELLULITE THERAPY (allow 1 hr. 15 min.) $140.

Target cellulite in the deepest layer of the dermis where it resides. We

Until recently IONITHERMIE had only been available in Europe and
aboard transoceanic cruises. Using a dual-mild stimulus accompanied
with thermal clay containing active ingredients derived from the finest
plant extracts, the body is encouraged to rid itself of harmful toxins leaving
your skin smoother and more toned. You will notice results after just one
treatment. However, a series of five to ten treatments are recommended
along with the at-home application of Ionithermie’s body treatments to
maintain results. Treatments are recommended 3-5 days apart.
