Appointments and Cancellations

We request a 24-hour notice for any one appointment cancellation or a 48-hour notice for 2 or more services. This allows us enough time to fill the reserved space. If a cancellation is made less than 6 hours beforehand, it will be charged 50% of the full service or 100% should the guest fail to cancel or show up for the appointment.

Late Arrivals

We regret to inform you that late arrivals may not receive an extension of the scheduled treatment time. Late arrivals will be responsible for the full treatment cost.

For Your Comfort

Any health conditions or medications you are taking should be brought up beforehand. We also ask that cell phones and pagers are turned off during your visit to promote an environment of relaxation. Messages can be left at the front desk.
 
Children are of course welcome in our retail area, but for their safety and in regards to other guests, we ask that you make arrangements for them outside of our premises. Our facility is of course smoke-free. 

Gift Certificates

Our Gift certificates are valid one year from the date issued. Say Congratulations, Happy Anniversary, Happy Birthday in a way that takes the pressure and stress away from your loved ones.

Confirmations

For new clients, a credit card confirmation or gift certificate is required for packages and multiple services. We accept all major credit cards. Contact us in High Point, NC to learn more about our cancellation and payment policies.
